Once you have paid you will receive a 'User Name' & 'Key' in an email receipt.
To activate Sonos 4 install the latest version. Run Sonos 4 and choose menu item 'Help>License'. Enter the 'User Name' from the receipt in the 'Licensee' field. Finally enter the 'Key' from the receipt in the 'Key' field. The 'Status' field will now report as 'Activated'.

You can upgrade free of charge if you have previously purchased Sonos III or Sonos 4. If you have previously donated to Sonos 4 then an upgrade is free of charge.
To upgrade you need to send proof of purchase (or donation) with an email that specifies a 'Licensee' which the software is to be registered to. In a return email you will receive an activation code.(Upgrade requests are processed manually so please allow 24 hrs for a reply).Please send any attachments as plain text or jpg files.(PDF are not acceptable because of the associated security risks.)
