Streaming

Some help when using AMP for streaming.

The streaming is only design for the Icecast server.
The Icecast server is open source software and can be used as a basis for streaming services.They tend to add features and may make what they offer incompatible with Amp which is only tested with the server that can be downloaded directly from the developers web site.A Google search will find it.Older versions are there as well but they need looking for on that web site.
Amp is only tested against v2.4.4 and v2.5.0 (32bit) on a Windows machine.


If you have Icecast running locally then the default settings should work.

Settiing things up for a network should only need the IP Address (URL)
If the server is operated by a third party you may need to contact them about other settings.
